Job Description
Organize and direct one shift of the Cold End department. Ensure adherence to Safety, Quality, and Production KPI's. Have an understanding of Standard Operating Procedures. Ensure accurate reporting and submittal of Quality and Production documents. Train and develop employees and maintain good labor relations with the effective application of the labor contract. Responsible for staffing the shift. Coordinate and implement job changes with applicable departments ensuring efficient changes in terms of time and quality. Prepare work assignments for employees and maintain accurate record keeping. Ideal candidate will possess a minimum of an Associate s Degree in technical or business related field.Job Requirements
Will consider a combination of education and or equivalent relevant experience in production manufacturing and supervision. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a team based environment. Must have excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills with good team dynamics and possess strong planning and organizational skills. Must have basic computer skills and have knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Applications. 2 Shifts (a,b,c, & d crews); 12 Hour Shifts: 2 Weeks Days/ 2 Weeks Nights, 3 on 2 off ( off every other weekend)About Ardagh Group
