Finished Goods Planning Supervisor

Job Summary

Management of planning activities, control and return of all imported products that are sold in the region, in order to meet customer requirements. Ensure healthy stocks, with low levels of discards and/or returns. Promote continuous improvement in the area of planning.

Responsibilities/Description • Ensure the stocks replenishment of imported products into the region, in adequate time and volumes. • Monitor the maintenance of stocks of final products (Make to Stock) at appropriate levels. • Conduct alignment meetings with other teams • Manage KPI's related to planning customer service • Organize and distribute team responsibilities, as well as their replacements, if necessary • Interface with operations, supervisors, managers, planners • Responsible for continuous improvement • Develop, coach, and manage performance of the planning/scheduler team over the Region. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related fields. • 4+ years experience in operations or supply chain roles • Excellent business English communication skills • Effective communication skills • Analytical and quantitative skills Training / Certifications • SAP, APO, MRP training on functional areas of expertise • APICS Module I (Basics of Supply Chain Management) training
