Adecco is recruiting for a **Finisher** for a client in **East Syracuse, NY.** This is a **temp-to-hire** position, paying **$16-18/hour.** **Job Summary:** Are you detail-oriented and take pride in producing high-quality work? Join our team as a **Finishing Technician** , where you’ll play a key role in refining molded parts to meet customer specifications. No two days are the same in this hands-on role—perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands and ensuring top-notch quality. **What You’ll Do:** + Mix filler and hardener following precise instructions. + Inspect molded parts for imperfections and fill voids as needed. + Use sandpaper, drills, and sanders to smooth and finish parts to exact specifications. + Verify product counts, scan job travelers, and route completed parts to the next stage. + Ensure quality and productivity standards are consistently met. + Support company-wide quality and process improvement initiatives, including ISO compliance and the Syteline MIS system. + Take ownership of tasks, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to team success. + Follow all safety policies, wear appropriate protective equipment, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. + Maintain reliable and punctual attendance. + Apply both classroom and on-the-job training to continuously improve your skills. + Take on additional responsibilities as assigned. **What We’re Looking For:** + High school diploma or equivalent required. + Manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential. + At least 6 months of experience in surface finishing or a related function is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate! + Ability to read job travelers and job specifications. + Strong work ethic and commitment to producing quality results. **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to sit for extended periods while working on parts. + Capability to reach, grasp, and handle small tools and parts. + Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed. **Why Join Us?** + **Hands-on role** in a dynamic work environment. + **Opportunities for growth** within the company. + **Supportive team** that values your contributions. + **Stable and rewarding** career in manufacturing. **Pay Details:** $16.00 to $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
