**Job Title: Finisher Operator** **Job Description** We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our finishing department. Your primary responsibilities will include basic packaging, kitting, boxing, operating a machine to print barcodes on valves, and various shipping duties. You will help prepare products, such as rolls of barcode stickers, to be shipped out to customers. The role involves repetitive tasks, but cross-training in different areas within the Finishing Department will be provided. You will work in a cleanroom environment, wearing a hairnet and gown, and need a strong attention to detail for quality assurance. **Responsibilities** + Perform basic packaging, kitting, and boxing tasks + Operate machines to print barcodes on valves + Prepare products (rolls of barcode stickers) for shipment + Perform shrink wrapping and basic production labor + Work in a cleanroom environment with required attire (hairnet and gown) + Ensure quality assurance and meet quota numbers for rolls packaged + Cross-train in different areas within the Finishing Department **Essential Skills** + Experience in assembly and packaging (preferably at least 1 year) + Mechanically inclined + Attention to detail + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (hoist assistance available) **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong work ethic + Ability to work in a repetitive task environment + Willingness to cross-train and learn new skills **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned company with a laid-back work environment where supervisors started as operators. The work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 6 am to 3 pm, and Friday from 6 am to 12 pm, with potential overtime starting at 4 am.
