**Job Title: Finish Carpenter $25-30/hr!** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finish Carpenter with expertise in concrete finishing and form carpentry. You will work on a variety of commercial construction projects, contributing to the setup, pouring, and finishing of concrete surfaces. This role requires proficiency with hand and power tools and the ability to work during normal construction shift hours. You should be comfortable standing for long periods, bending, kneeling, and lifting heavy materials. **Hard Skills** + Concrete Finishing + Form Carpentry + Concrete Pouring + Rough Carpentry + Masonry + Proficiency with hand and power tools (e.g., tape measure, hand trowel, straight edge, nail gun) **Soft Skills** + Attention to Detail + Physical Stamina + Adaptability to different weather conditions + Team Collaboration + Safety Consciousness **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Export, Pennsylvania. **Work Environment** This is a commercial, new construction work environment. You will work around machinery, equipment, and loud noise, outdoors in all weather conditions. The work is year-round, including low temperatures.
