Adecco is currently assisting a global medical device manufacturing company, recruiting for a Finishing Technician in Cincinnati, OH. **Schedule:** 2nd: 2:30pm -11:00pm (Mon-Fri) **Pay Rate:** The wage for this position is between $17 and $19. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors. Performs deburr, finishing, inspection, and cleaning in a job shop or high volume applications. + Operates production equipment under needed for basic deburr, finishing, and cleaning operations such as sandpaper, scotch brite, pencil grinders, bead blasters, tumblers, and heat treat oven. + Performs packaging and other duties as required. + Performs in-process checks using measuring devices and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department lead person or supervisor. + Verifies conformance of finished work pieces to specifications using measuring instruments such as fixed gauges, calipers, and micrometers. + Adheres to dimensions and tolerances found on prints. May use prints and sketches to determine proper methods and processes when not specified on router or work instruction. + Reworks productions parts and performs emergency rework and/or modification of production parts as directed. + Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations. + Trains other employees. + Works on projects as part of a team, exchanging ideas and contributing skills that complement those of the other team members. Fulfills commitments to team members. + Recommends and implements process improvements with the support of management and the engineering department as required..
