Finite Production Planner

As the **Finite Production Planner** at Haleon you will manage and control overall production and inventory of your assigned products/Production Area/Lines. You will be accountable for the overall service level of the assigned products and SKU’s. Planning rate of production to meet master production schedule and maintaining total inventory within the approved investment plan. Key responsibilities: + Coordinating demand with Long Term Planner to manage daily production schedules. + Administering production models, packaging instructions, purchase orders, and production schedules by conducting regular system reviews with other departments toensure planning parameters and production output are all up to date. + Utilizing Master Planning Platform (MPP) output to re-assure timely receipt of raw materials/components to support production requirements/changes. + Analyzing data and adjusting inventory levels as needed to support overall site inventory goals. + Managing implementation of new raw materials/components and managing run out of old components in support of configuration changes. + Working with internal departments to ensure timely releases of materials in support of production. + Managing prompt resolution of issues related to rejected raw materials/components including communications related to material replacement and ensuring timely disposition. + Administering all inter-company orders ensuring they receive product requested ontime/in full. + Analyzing and managing capacity to achieve a feasible production plan for the lines assigned. **_Why you?_** **Basic Qualifications:** We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: + Bachelor's degree in related discipline. + 1+ years’ planning experience in a manufacturing/production environment or related field. **Preferred Qualifications:** If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: + Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) + Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of supply chain procedures related toscheduling/manufacturing and release of finished goods (including new productlaunches, product changes, and quality/regulatory requirements). + Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills + High Degree of computer literacy including Microsoft and ERP system experience. (advanced level user of Excel and SAP preferred) + Demonstrate good analytical skills, showing ability to manage multiple priorities,and adapt to frequent changes. + Ability to operate in a team-based environment working with multiple on-sitedepartments as well as central teams. + Evidence of high degree of self-motivation, accuracy, and attention to detail. _Haleon offers a robust Total Reward package that consists of competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program.
