**Description:** The FIP Operator I is responsible for Operating a Cartesian robot to dispense a thin (1 mm) gasket on electronics housings while performing in-process inspections and meeting customer expectations. + Support operation of machines + Cleaning, trimming, clipping parts + Staging and unboxing parts as needed + Cleaning pumps and mixing equipment + Installing pads, dowel pins and stamping parts + Mix material + Change out parts when machine is set up and stable. + Run deburr tank in Machining department. + Support processing Helicoils + Ensure a clean and consistent production flow and excellent results + Continually look for opportunities to improve the manufacturing process and department + Work with the QC Inspection team to ensure parts are within allowable tolerances and finished parts do not have any flaws + Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures. + Adhere to all company Quality Management System policies and procedures **Required Skills:** + A minimum of one year experience in Manufacturing preferred + Experience operating manufacturing equipment preferred + Knowledge of drafting or exposure to CAD software is helpful + Ability to read and interpret part drawings and shop drawings preferred + Understanding of basic manufacturing principles, decision making, deductive reasoning, and troubleshooting preferred + Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and work independently + Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment + Excellent communication skills + Strong ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English + Experience with MS Office 365 preferred **Shift:** (1) 6am-2:30pm **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
