Fircosoft Technical Consultant 118604 Zurich North America is currently hiring a Fircosoft Technical Consultant, and this person will work in a hybrid schedule at our Schaumburg North America HQ. The ideal candidate will consult with the business on the outcomes of changes and recommend appropriate adjustments based on business needs. Responsibilities include applying configuration files, managing system upgrades, and directing ETL team members as necessary. Key Responsibilities: • Rules changes to Fircofilter and coordination with compliance teams to apply changes • Review of sanctions hits and trends with the compliance team • Application Management of the compliance Technologies and Platforms • Understanding processes relating to Sanctions & Payments screening, Fircosoft continuity. • Firco soft services Integration support. • Business requirement delivery and support. • Release management, Change deployments. Post production bug fix. • Project coordination to bring in new applications to the screening tool Required: • Bachelor’s degree and 7 or more years of experience in the Application Design and Development area OR • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 9 or more years of experience in the Application Design and Development area Preferred: • Minimum 5 years of Fircosoft products, • Understanding of key concepts essential to FircoSoft (FircoContinuity, FircoTrust and Firco Screen & Keep), Firco List Management, Quality Assurance, Controls, and Audit Trail. • Strong ability in rules management and impact of rule analysis • Knowledge of OFAC, UKHMT, EU and UNS sanctions • Experience working with structured data formats (e.g. ISO 20022, RDF, XML). • Experience of working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams with a focus on delivery. • Should have good experience in payment screening and customer screening solutions like Firco Soft (Filter, classic and Trust modules). • Good functional knowledge of remittance systems.
