If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about making a difference, this is the opportunity for you. **Responsibilities** + Responsible for coordinating the service needs of customers. + Organize work orders. + Schedule service calls and maintain in customer portal. + Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. + Demonstrated experience in customer service or service coordination, preferably in the fire alarm industry. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. _Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:_ + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. + Familiarity with fire alarm systems and industry standards is preferred. + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and technicians. + Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
