Fire Alarm Service Coordinator
**Summary** **E & M International, a Chenega Company** is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating scheduling of fire protection maintenance, reviewing and uploading invoices into customer portals. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills to ensure the efficient delivery of services to our clients. **Responsibilities** + **Scheduling and Coordination** : + Plan and schedule fire alarm maintenance services for clients, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. + Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate urgent or emergency maintenance requests. + Communicate schedules to clients and technicians, providing clear instructions and updates as needed. + **Invoice Management** : + Review and verify accuracy of invoices related to maintenance and services. + Process and submit invoices for approval and payment in accordance with company policies. + Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing. + **Technician Deployment** : + Coordinate with Service manager to assign technicians to service requests based on skillset, availability, and geographic location. + Ensure technicians are equipped with the necessary documentation for each Service request. + Maintain communication with technicians to provide support and address any on-site challenges. + Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred. + Strong organizational and time-management skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. _Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:_ + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. + Familiarity with fire alarm systems and industry standards is preferred. + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and technicians. + Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
