Responsibilities Responsible for coordinating the service needs of customers. Organize work orders. Schedule service calls and maintain in customer portal. Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Demonstrated experience in customer service or service coordination, preferably in the fire alarm industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with fire alarm systems and industry standards is preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and technicians. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
