**Summary** We are seeking a motivated and dedicated **Fire Alarm System Apprentice** to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and enhance your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. **Responsibilities** + Works under the direction of the Lead Technician. + Assist with wire install and verifying wire is free of shorts or grounds. + Assist with the installation of Fire Alarm devices. + Assist with pre-testing the Fire Alarm System prior to final inspection. + Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems under the guidance of experienced technicians. + Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. + Participate in ongoing training and development programs. + Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED preferred + Minimum one year of Fire Alarm or Electrical experience required + Knowledge in fire alarm systems and safety required + Basic understanding of electrical systems required + Fire Alarm or Electrical certification(s) preferred + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation _Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:_ + Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions. + Good communication and interpersonal skills. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
