Job Description

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

Maintain 100% of legal compliance related with Emergency Response plan requirements and prevention plan to avoid emergencies and how response (60%)Implement and Maintain BCM according Coirporate Guidelines (20%)Implement operative control to support Management System and external parties’ requirements {FM Global, Civil Protection, Corporate, etc (20%)

ACTIVITIES

Legal compliance according with Mexican law and corporate requirements (Related with STPS and Civil protection – MX regulatory and Corporate NOM-002-STPS and CD038000)Fire protection Brigades organization, Training  and Gembas-audits to all areasEmergency response plan updated, communicated and authorizedBusiness Continuity Management (BCM) Implementation and administrationFirefighting concept implementationDrills exercises plan (evacuation, fire, spill, etc)FM-Global Requirements compliance (Emergency response Procedure, Red Tags and Fire system out of service process)High risk works Support and control (Confined space, Haight and hot works)Support Chemical management according with Corporate requirements (N2580 and CD03800)Support Contractors Safety programFire Protection and Emergency response Training InstructorSupport to obtain and maintain external Certifications (E.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Industria Limpia and Autogestion)Is the responsibility of the associate know and apply the EHS Policies, having, but limited to the following responsibilities:Fulfill the safety procedures applicable to his/her areaActively participate in the trainings and tests that may be schedule in accordance to the level of risks of his/her job.Support Safety programsSupport awareness program related with HSE activities 

QualificationsBasic English (70%)2+ Years’ experience in HSE Matters or 3+ Years’ experience in BOSCH processMexican safety and environmental laws and regulations (Basic Knowledge) focused on Emergency topics and BCMAble to train others proactive, team work and good communication skills. (preferred)Ms. Office (Basic)ISO 45001  and ISO 14001  (Basic knowledge- internal auditor)Firefighting special training/CertificationSolving Problem KnowledgeLeadership Competences to work and commitment to the Environmental, Health and Safety management systems.Result orientedNOM 002Business Recovery plan
