Fire Restoration Technician
**Description** Job Description: • Currently seeking multiple technicians to join their team to inspect, troubleshoot, and remediate areas in need of restoration. Must Haves: • 1+ year of experience in environmental or construction clean up OR construction/restoration experience Plus: • Familiarity with chemical products including use, disposal, and Material Safety Data Sheets • OSHA Responsibilities: • Perform fire damage remediation repair as directed by a Project Manager • Ensure proper cleaning/decontamination and maintenance of equipment and supplies, vehicles and products • Complete paperwork and other documents as required by company policies and procedures after successful costumer interaction Work under supervision providing the following services: • Fire remediation • Moving & re-setting contents Participate as directed in the following activities: • Vehicle safety and maintenance inspections • Maintaining vehicles in clean serviceable condition • Constructing polyethylene enclosures • Removing and disposing of debris • Maintaining equipment Other: • Frequent lifting in excess of 50 lbs • Sustained periods of standing, walking, bending, and kneeling • Experience with emergency response of situations with fire, smoke damage in a commercial setting. **Skills** carpentry, restoration, remediation, drywall **Additional Skills & Qualifications** • 1+ year of experience in environmental or construction clean up OR construction experience **Experience Level** Entry Level **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
