Help us create the drive technology of tomorrow!Your Responsibilities:You will specify, design, and implement safety-critical embedded software as well as automated tests to ensure its functionality. Additionally, you will develop concepts for integrated safety technology in servo drives and work according to the IEC 61508 standard, including iterative V-models, V&V, reviews, traceability, FMEA, and unit tests.•\tSafety-critical processing and pre-processing of measurement signals•\tSoftware development from prototype creation to series production•\tWriting project and product documentation for development and user purposes•\tSupporting the introduction of new methods at pilot customers and providing maintenance and support for existing products
Qualifications for the roleCompleted degree (FH, TU) in electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, telematics, technical mathematics, or a comparable fieldProgramming skills, preferably in CIdeally, knowledge of FMEA and standards such as IEC 61508 / IEC 62061 and EN ISO 13849Experience with embedded systems, ARM architecture, real-time operating systems (e.g., FreeRTOS), industrial communication technologies (e.g., POWERLINK, EtherCAT, PROFINET), and security (e.g., IEC 62443) is an advantageStrong ability to understand complex tasksHigh self-motivation and excellent communication skillsProficiency in both German and English
