Job Title: Firmware Engineer
Job Description

As an R&D Firmware Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of systems and firmware solutions for various microcontroller-based systems. You will be responsible for planning, designing, testing, deploying, and maintaining firmware and software solutions for innovative instrumentation and automation projects. This position requires a strong foundation in embedded systems development using C/C++, experience in working with ARM-based and STM32 microcontrollers, and proficiency in both hardware and software debugging. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, working on projects that integrate firmware, electrical design, and software to create high-performance instruments. This position is in-person at our Richmond Headquarters Office.

Corp office attached to a large Manufacturing Plant; small engineering team of 10 people.
