Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Firmware Engineer to develop new product software platform architectures. The role involves C/C++ programming on microprocessor and DSP-based products, and the use of various software and hardware tools for development and debugging. You will design, simulate, develop, and debug advanced control and signal processing algorithms, and perform root-cause analysis.

This position offers an opportunity to work in a regulated environment with products that have a significant impact on everyday life, allowing you to see the value of your work. You will work with technologies such as DSPs, ARM, and Silabs microprocessors, and perform tasks like Software FMEA and fail-safe design. The role involves testing, debugging, and characterizing sub-systems and systems, with a focus on communication protocols such as Modbus, SPI, I2C, RS-232, and RS-485. Knowledge of IEC, UL 1998, or EN 230/298 standards is preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62.00 - $72.00
