Job Title: Firmware Engineer
Job Description

We are seeking a talented Firmware Engineer to join our team. You will be working on the design and development of embedded solutions, collaborating within an Agile firmware development team using scrum processes. Your work will be critical in driving firmware quality through early defect discovery and removal. You will analyze acceptance criteria and provide estimates of effort, contributing to new product development in a rapidly growing team.

This position requires a minimum of four days on-site per week with Friday as a flex day. You will be working on a large campus with hundreds of people on site, and manufacturing done in-house. Your average day will include a daily scrum at 9am, engaging with the team, troubleshooting, development, coding, building, deploying, and debugging. The work environment is collaborative, with nearly all engineering disciplines represented, and facilities include a 10m EMC chamber, HALT chamber, PCA/SMT line, injection molding, and fabrication. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $80.00/hr.
