As a Project Management Analyst in the Global BW Allocations team within FFBA you will play a crucial role in supporting project planning, execution, and tracking to ensure successful delivery. You will work closely with line of business stakeholders, data experts, and technology teams across Finance, Credit Risk, and Treasury. Together, we will coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and analyze project data to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
Job Responsibilities:
Organize, schedule, coordinate, and control project activities and resourcesIdentify issues and risks, including defining a mitigation strategy and risk management approaches, plus communication or escalation processes which may require escalating issues and roadblocks to managers and stakeholdersEnsure operational readiness through both rigorous testing and implementation managementSupport operating model impact assessments and documentation of changes, and drive the implementation communicationDrive components of the various initiatives, coordinating across technology and the businessesDefine and execute project deliverables, including business requirementsCreate project scorecards, providing senior management updatesRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
1+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or BusinessExperience with project delivery disciplineStrong critical and creative thinking skills to synthesize complex data sets into business insightsStrong partnership skills and experience influencing key stakeholdersAbility to perform in high-pressure, fast-paced environmentsHighly disciplined, self-motivated, and delivery-focused individualExcellent analytical and communication skills (verbal and written)Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Experience in Agile discipline, financial services or related industryFamiliarity with data acquisition frameworksKnowledge of regulatory reporting requirementsProficiency in project management tools and softwareExperience with cross-functional team collaborationUnderstanding of change management practicesAbility to streamline workflows and improve project efficiency
