Operations Representative I Responsibilities:

Manages operational expenses and explains budget variancesManages injury and collision claimsEnsures safety practices and applicable regulations are obeyed by all employeesEnsure facilities and buses are maintained to First Student safety and environmental standardsSets accurate schedules for routesMinimizes route drive times and mileage while adhering to contractual and regulatory mandatesEnsures purchases follow company processes and policies

Operations Representative I Experience and Skills Required:

Minimum 1 years management experienceStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and presentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite in a professional setting.Business background in financial, strategic, and/or organizational analysis, a plus
