This position is part of the CFO Division and will be responsible for providing ongoing support to University departments and suppliers by accurately establishing and updating suppliers in the PeopleSoft system via the Supplier Portal and Change Portal. Ensures information provided is accurate and complies with all UF Initiatives and legislative requirements. Verifies supplier requests for banking information updates by using system tools (GIACT, IRS, Descartes, Dun & Bradstreet) to mitigate fraud and ensure approved suppliers comply with UF requirements. Processes corrections, departmental verifications, international supplier requests, wireless device allowances, review of corporate hierarchy for Countries of Concern, etc. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the myUFL supplier file system and the Supplier Portals. Reviews and approves Supplier User Registration requests. Ensures continued compliance with UF requirements and periodic reviewed annually and with each change request. Mentor Fiscal Assistant II, as needed, regarding establishing/updating suppliers and Supplier Portals. Monitors the Supplier Helpdesk phones, Salesforce ticketing system and emails to answer all questions and help resolve issues. Assists departments and suppliers with inquiries regarding Supplier Portals. Works closely with the entire Disbursements team to ensure timely payments. Offers support in resolving issues with payments, vouchers or invoices. Collaborates with Procurement, UFIT, and the MyUFMarketplace team to resolve supplier sync issues, and communicates ideas that have potential to make processes more efficient. Must be customer service focused, possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, adhere to ethical standards and regulatory compliance with integrity and transparency, and embrace change as we create unique solutions to help our university to help our university grow. Expected Salary: $40,000-$50,000 Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and three years of general accounts transaction experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
