DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this role, you will be responsible for managing the coordination and scheduling of loan settlements. Your responsibilities will include executing the settlements, requesting Automated Clearing House (ACH) disbursements, and ensuring that loan documents are properly filed with the Comptroller's Office. Additionally, you will prepare settlement documents, handle post-settlement paperwork, work with the Transportation department to apply liens to titles, process paid loans, and assist in the release of titles and mortgages. Work Schedule and Additional Information: + FREE parking + Full-time employment + Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. + Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, upon completion of a training period.
