As a Fishing Tool Supervisor, you will leverage your extensive knowledge and expertise to troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize services, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements** + Proven experience of 2½ - 4 years in the Oil & Gas industry, with a strong understanding of mechanics, electricity, electronics, pneumatics, and hydraulics + Proficiency in mathematics, basic physics, and chemistry, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external clients + Unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and environmental protection, adhering to Weatherford's policies and industry best practices **Education** A High School Diploma is required for this role.
