FISP/Local Law 11 Architect Opportunity!
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Architect with experience in FISP/Local Law 11 projects.

Work Schedule
Remote
Work hours are typically 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Onsite inspections are expected 3-4 days per week.
Responsibilities
+ Lead the life cycle of FISP projects, including onsite inspections across the five boroughs.
+ Inspect buildings, typically 7 stories tall, with the tallest being around 20 stories.
+ Prepare and mark up drawings, complete project manuals for bidding, and file with the DOB.
+ Assist clients with contract negotiations.
+ Lead project start-up meetings and conduct regular inspections.
+ Hold weekly meetings with contractors and owners' representatives, and record meeting minutes.
+ Revise drawings, review submittals, and change orders.
+ Manage 2-8 projects simultaneously, depending on their scale.
+ Conduct daily and weekly check-ins with team members and the principal.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in FISP/Local Law 11 roles
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
+ Excellent communication skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ QEWI Certified or an interest in obtaining certification
+ Registered Architect or Professional Engineer (PE)
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $58.00
