Located in the beautiful coastal town of Dana Point adjacent to Laguna Beach, this town played an iconic role in the emergence of California's surf culture and today is celebrated for its laid-back vibe and fun, active lifestyle.

The resort is perched on 175 acres atop a 150-foot seaside bluff with over 400 rooms, 115,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, and 8 food and Beverage outlets. This includes 4 restaurants, a beach club, lounge, marketplace, and in-room dining.

Classification: Full-Time

Shift: Various – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $16.50 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What will I be doing?

\n\n

As a Fitness Attendant, you will be an integral part of our team, dedicated to providing an exceptional and luxurious experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

\n\nGuest Interaction: Greet guests promptly and courteously, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. Your friendly demeanor will set the tone for a positive experience.\nCommunication: Answer and respond to telephone inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Provide accurate information about our fitness programs, services, and facilities.\nRegistration and Administration: Complete program and court registrations, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded. Assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have during the registration process.\nEquipment and Supplies Management: Distribute and track locker keys and radios, maintaining an organized system to ensure all items are accounted for. Regularly check and restock supplies such as towels, cups, and other essentials to ensure guests have everything they need.\nLoaner/Rental Equipment: Manage the distribution of loaner and rental equipment, ensuring items are in good condition and properly sanitized. Keep accurate records of equipment usage and returns.\nSales and Transactions: Conduct merchandise and juice bar sales, providing guests with information about available products and services. Handle transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high level of customer service.\nIn this role, you will be expected to maintain a clean and organized fitness area, assist with special events and activities, and collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and commitment to guest satisfaction will be key to your success.\n
