Company contribution up to 3% once eligible. + Education assistance, certification reimbursement, and student loan refinancing partnership programs are available. + Onsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all employees over 18 years of age. + A "career for life" approach to professional and personal development for our greatest asset; our employees. + Free onsite parking at all of our communities and corporate offices + A culture of diversity and inclusion, which builds on our values, vision, and mission. **How you will make an impact:** + Assisting Manager in monitoring the daily operations of the Fitness Center. + Scheduling appointments, processing membership agreements. + Assisting with the promotion, coordination, and implementation of exercise programs. + Developing and maintaining an effective membership retention program. + Developing a network within the community and making appropriate referrals to other services + Assisting in the training of new department employees. + Building relationships with residents and staff, encouraging physical activity. **What you will need:** + 2+ years of related work experience. + Current CPR/First Aid certification. + Experience in evaluating fitness programs for seniors is a plus. + Knowledge of prescription, medications, and risk factors is essential.
