Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
Assist with the design, development, and management of a cutting edge group fitness program that excites and encourages members
Mentor staff and members who are interested in learning how to teach group exercise and preparing them for the certification experience
Assist with creation and communication of marketing materials related to all Group Exercise and Pilates offerings
Track class attendance and report monthly statistics to General Manager
Provide legendary customer service and create an excellent member experience throughout
Maintain a safe, clean and organized working environment in all areas
Work collaboratively with personal training department to promote and cross-sell programs
Attend meetings and development seminars as required
Become a subject matter expert of the Exos Experience; including Methodology, Products and Services
Participate in center activities, programs and spaces to understand and improve the member experience
Assist with training employees and/or members on offerings, tools, perks, and services as appropriate
Other tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Nationally Accredited Group Exercise CertificationCurrent CPR/AED and First Aid certificationsPreferred Qualifications:
Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification2+ years customer service experience is desired1+ years of management experience is preferredExperience in a health club setting is a plusWHO WE ARE
