Qualifications:

Bachelors Level DegreeFitness Industry experience - 3 yearsFitness Industry Supervisory Experience - 1 year

Preferred: Masters Degree + Certification American College of Sports Medicine

Job summary: Oversees the primary service lines to ensure a positive and safe member experience.  Serves as an owner of member retention programs and works with staff to ensure programs and services meet the unique demands of our community.  Develops, implements, and monitors the annual business plan and budget to meet financial targets.  Responsible for recruiting, selecting, managing and developing staff in all areas of oversight.  Responsible and accountable for daily operations.
