Location: Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living **Compensation** : Commensurate with experience up to $22 hourly! **This position is 32 hours weekly; we are looking for someone from 8am to 4:30pm.** We are hiring a Fitness Specialist to join our team. The Fitness Specialist will assess, monitor, and develop individual fitness programs for residents. **How you will make an impact:** + Performing fitness assessments which include vital signs. + Prescribing an appropriate exercise program, including flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular training. + Educating and evaluating members on proper exercise techniques. + Assisting with coordination and implementation of Wellness programs. + Maintaining a clean and safe fitness area for members. + Building strong relationships with residents and staff, encouraging them to be physically active. **What we offer:** + Gated community with 24/7 security. + Competitive benefits packages including medical, dental, vision, and PTO in accordance with applicable state law. in accordance with applicable state law. + 401k for all employees 18 and over.
