Job Title: Fitter/Welder
Job Description

We are seeking experienced structural fitter/welders for both day and night shifts in a steel fabrication shop. The position involves flux core structural welding on mild steel beams and structural fitting.

ResponsibilitiesPerform flux core structural welding on mild steel beams.Carry out structural fitting as required.Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Utilize hand tools for production tasks.Conduct structural welding and fitting in compliance with safety and quality standards.Undergo plate testing, including 2G tests.Essential SkillsProficiency in structural welding and fitting.Experience with flux core welding.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Skilled in using hand tools for fabrication tasks.Knowledge of structural steel fabrication.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with MIG welding.Familiarity with production environments.Ability to perform plate tests, including 2G.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The position is in a non-climate controlled manufacturing setting. Available shifts are 6:00am-4:30pm and 6:00pm-4:30am, Monday through Friday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sapulpa, Oklahoma.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00
