Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Fixed Asset Accountant I, located in Edison Avenue Paranaque.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for the accounting of newly acquired assets, tracking of existing assets including physical count activities, recording of depreciation, fixed assets disposals and transfers in accordance with USGAAP and J&J Company policies and procedures.
+ Handling monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting, fixed assets accounts reconciliation, Construction in-progress report, flux analyses.
+ Preparing aging report for Instruments, Budget vs Actuals Capital Expense Reporting, Trigger and Monitor Responses for any Triggering Event for Impairment of Fixed Assets, Providing root-cause analysis to leadership team on risks/compliance exposures.
+ _Responsible in the design, development and execution of CI projects within automation arm of Global Fixed Assets_
+ _Own and drive timely delivery of automation initiatives_
+ _Collaborate with the team to automate/innovate their non-value adding processes_
+ _Design and develops dashboards for the team using PowerBi or Tableau_
+ _Provide technical expertise and project leadership_
**Qualifications:**
+ _Experience in analytics/automation tools such as UIPath, Alteryx, PowerBi, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Microsoft VBA_
+ _Experience with Project Management_
+ _Experience in design, development and execution of automation projects_
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting or any business-related course
**Experience and Skills:**
**Required:**
+ 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in areas of general accounting / fixed assets accounting (CPA is preferred).
+ Knowledge and / or experience in General or Fixed Asset accounting
+ Proficient in SAP and similar Business ERPs
**Preferred:**
+ Strong problem solving and analytical skills
+ Detail-oriented and organized in work
+ Good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills as she / he will work directly with accountants and team leads within the global structure
+ Can work independently or with minimal supervision and must also be comfortable working in a team environment
+ Efficient and highly committed to deliver within prescribed deadlines. Has the ability to manage time well specially when new projects arise.
+ Pro-active, motivated, and self-driven
