Responsibilities Fixed Asset Management: Oversee asset invoices, inventories, Capex budgets, activations, and depreciation in compliance with local regulations and USGAAP. Investment Incentives: Coordinate incentive processes to maximize tax benefits and ensure positive cash flow impact. Reporting & Data Management: Prepare and monitor Fixed Asset Tracking, Capex reports, and system integrations (Oracle, GlobalBrain, HFM). CIP Projects: Track projects, activation timelines, and coordinate between IBM and Engineering teams. Audit & Compliance: Address audits, ensure system reconciliations, and maintain accurate MEM data. Classification & Analysis: Decide Capex vs. expense allocations, analyze write-offs, and implement cost-reduction strategies. Refurbishment Operations: Manage refurbishment activities and ensure alignment with corporate goals. Qualifications University graduate (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting) 2-3 years of similar experience Proficient level of English Proficient in MS Office Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Oracle) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills Well-versed in Fixed Asset Regulations
