Team members have the unique opportunity to explore diverse business lines, gaining hands-on experience in various facets of finance, including accounting, audit and supply chain management. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide accurate and timely financial reporting and accounting services for a variety of company entities + Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for upper management + Present financial results monthly and quarterly to upper management + Develop solutions to capture financial data for unique business transactions + Daily and month end processing responsibilities + Collaborate with individuals throughout the organization with an emphasis on sharing information + Plan and manage the execution of physical inventories of Fixed Assets at various DISH facilities + Continually review processes in order to create efficiencies + Other responsibilities as assigned **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor's degree in business with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred **Skills and Qualifications:** + A working knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures of accounting (including Journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, US GAAP, SOX, SEC Reporting) + Inherent curiosity and eagerness to learn complex and ever-evolving businesses + Ability to exercise independent judgment, work independently and meet deadlines; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships + Advanced computer skills in Excel and experience using Oracle a plus + Communicates ideas confidently and clearly; effectively communicates with other team members **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits .
