Job Description:
The Fixed Income ETF landscape is growing and evolving at a rapid pace. New ETF issuers continue to come to the market and investors are increasing their usage of the products for tactical and strategic asset allocation. Already a leader in this space, Bank of America is looking to further expand its Fixed Income ETF sales team to capture increased market share in this high growth area of financial markets. 

This job is responsible for commercializing Bank of America’s Fixed Income ETF trading capabilities across the firm’s client base.  Key responsibilities include providing direct FI ETF execution sales coverage, identifying and marketing FI ETF trade opportunities, and working with clients to develop and implement investment solutions tied to FI ETFs.  Job expectations may include fixed income market relative value analysis and client landscape mapping to increase account/market penetration.

Responsibilities:

Direct execution coverage of FI ETF client base - management of client trades, account penetration, special situations, and/or emerging solution opportunities with clientsDevelop and execute strategies for increased account connectivity and production, in partnership with trading, other product areas, client management, and across the larger organizationAnalyze fixed income market relationships and current market conditions to identify opportunities to increase account/market penetrationGenerate analysis for clients related to custom financial solutions and quantitative investment strategies to assist clients achieve investment goals
