Join us! **Job Summary:** We are looking for a professional with middle office experience to deliver on a dynamic and varied portfolio of Fixed Income Operations change initiatives and transformation programs. Specifically, the successful candidate will be aligned to Trade Control Change, Regulatory Compliance, Product Enablement and Platform Stability e.g. Operational Risk Reduction. The role requires operational acumen to deliver the Fixed Income Operational transformation agenda, adding value to Operations and the business. The role will help drive robust procedures and deliver communication routines to ensure initiatives are successfully delivered across the enterprise. The role will also have a high level of stakeholder exposure across Operations, Technology, Sales & Trading, Finance, and Risk. **Responsibilities:** + Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Identify and document business needs by working closely with stakeholders. Translate business requirements into functional specifications. + Stakeholder Management: Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team. Ensure all parties have a common understanding of the project objectives. + Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze business data to understand trends, patterns and issues. Develop reports and dashboards to measure process performance and help stakeholders make informed decisions. + Solution Design and Validation: Propose and evaluate solutions to meet business needs. Conduct testing and validation of new processes or systems before full implementation. + Change Management and Training: Help plan and execute changes in business processes or systems, e.g. due to regulatory change or to improve processes.
