As a Quality & Regulatory Training Consultant, you will be responsible to develop, implement and improve training processes to support our internal stakeholders. With your broad expertise, you will lead or co-lead projects within the Q&R Compliance Team (or cross-functional) within Diagnostics and the Shared Service Centers. In this business critical position, you will play an important role in crafting and implementing key aspects of the Global Q&R Compliance Team’s mid- to long-term strategy and ultimately contribute to the overall Roche Diagnostics Vision.
You further develop sub processes to support the Training Chapter including the Cornerstone IT tool. This includes creating and maintaining training matrices for Q&R. You coordinate the creation and maintenance of training matrices with Learning Experts outside of Q&R.
You manage, create, and execute learning requests via email, Service Now (SNOW) & Cornerstone.
You further improve the collaboration with the Shared Service Centers for Training. This includes developing innovative concepts for professional effective training. You help enable the Global Q&R Compliance Team to offer in-house/external resources for ISO standard, regulations, skills and key competencies.
You support Management Reviews within Diagnostics with the appropriate expertise around training and associated KPIs.
You support all audits with expertise around the training process and ensure our right to operate.
You drive to build, analyze, report and improve training compliance and effectiveness. You analyze training needs to ensure training compliance to all relevant regulations.
You partner primarily with the Network Leads, the Sub Chapter Leads within the Global Q&R Compliance Team as well as with the relevant stakeholders within Roche Diagnostics and Roche Pharma.
Who You Are
You have a Bachelors, or Master degree in Sciences, Engineering, Education, Business or a technical discipline.
You have 5+ years of experience in the diagnostics industry, or a related field, or in project management leading cross functional teams.
You have Quality Management experience in training or learning in a regulated industry.
You have deep / broad knowledge in regulated Quality Management Systems with a focus on training processes (special focus on GxP) and have an understanding of the trends in adult learning and training.
You have extensive knowledge and experience in Cornerstone and with the global Training process and mQMS Training Module.
You are proficient in the English language and additional languages (based on geographical location).
Locations
You are local to any Roche Diagnostics location. (Indianapolis, Branchburg, Tucson, Santa Clara, Pleasanton, Mannheim, Penzberg, Rotkreuz). Under extraordinary circumstances, we may consider remote workers.
Relocation Benefits are not available for this position.
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $100,300 - $209,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
