As an off-price retailer, we generate more than $9B in sales through our nationwide network of stores.
This role is responsible for purchasing fixtures and graphics for all new stores and capital projects at the store level and acts as a liaison between the vendor community, fixture and graphics execution teams, Finance, facilities project management, logistics and the field.
A Day in the Life
Store level fixture and graphics buying for all New Stores and Capital Projects. Manages the entire PO (Purchase Order) release process: creation, review, and reconciliation.Creates and maintains spread sheets to track all fixture spending, inventories and roll out by location.Collaborate with New Store and Capital Project Execution Teams to purchase/release fixture and graphics requests, provide accurate inventory information and support needs for all store openings and capital projects.Develops effective vendor relationships by providing performance feedback and communicating and enforcing Burlington service level expectations. Partners with 3PL to determine the most efficient method to ship and track all purchased fixtures and furniture.Effectively track and monitor inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.
You Will Come With
Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred1+ years of experience in buying or retail store managementExperience with retail fixtures is preferredProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle Strong business math skills for purchase order (PO) tracking, budgeting, and cost expense management
