**Job Title: Flagger** **Job Description** Join our team to provide crucial traffic control services dedicated to ensuring the safety of workers, motorists, and pedestrians during various projects. As a flagger, you will be part of a highly trained crew that establishes safe work zones and implements effective traffic patterns to maintain traffic flow in compliance with the latest PennDOT regulations and safety measures. **Responsibilities** + Inform motorists of possible detour routes. + Ensure the safety of all construction crew members. + Set up and tear down the site at the beginning and end of each day. **Essential Skills** + Safety protocols + Traffic management + Traffic control + General labor + Flagging **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in flagging, construction, or landscaping preferred. + Ability to work on your feet up to 8-10 hours a day. **Work Environment** This is an outdoor role requiring work during the summer heat, cold winter, and rainy conditions. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reading, Pennsylvania.
