We much prefer Liquid experience, success with another flavor company would be ideal, but we are open to either for a person with the right attitude. We have several people here who said they had issues with management styles , this was a few years back, and left T hasagawa in Cerritos I think , and ended up coming here and have done well. we are looking to train a replacement for a long time employee who is thinking to retire in the next two years o Would you be willing to take someone who has the opposite of the first question? Yes, One of our top people in this role came in as a temp with no experience but has a college degree and has a stellar attitude and work ethic. He took notes on everything and really became amazing as a compounder in a year, we realize this is a very unique find. • How much are they lifting on average and for how long? Throughout the day on a regular basis up to 50 pound pails and or boxes, there is a lot of lifting, we are a manual operation at this time. If they are compounding its often well less than that 50 pounds , but when filling and moving pails to a pallet it could be filling 300 pails and that is an all day job of filling and lifting pails. Heavy lifting and rolling drums on a regular basis is a part of this job. • Are they doing pre-weight and compounding or just compounding? Both, all (FL driving, staging, weighing, compounding, choosing correct tanks and mixers, follow instructions for mixing, recording –(paper hard records) – samples to QB, filling labeling – we do have a packer , however, there are often times that is a bottleneck and compounders will be weighing and packing out what they make . • Would the pharmaceutical field be applicable or does it need to be flavoring specific? Pharma is very similar to what we do, so yes applicable, our best compounder comes from pharma • Is the room they will be working in temperature controlled?
