Job Summary

This position is responsible to assist Senior Flavorist in the creation of innovative flavors. This position will be based in Jakarta, reporting to Senior Flavorist.

Responsibilities

Assisting flavorist in flavor design by doing compounding (liquid/powder/spray dry) and evaluationMaintaining and organizing laboratory condition, record all flavors created in laboratory, help to give solution related to quality issuesMaintain stock of raw materials and lab supplies for internal labRaw material search and procurement

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma from Chemistry/Food Tech/other relevant studiesAt least 1-2 years of working experience in Flavor / Fragrance houseProficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PPT)Dynamic, proactive, and attention to details; demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.Fluent in English, both spoken and written
