Job Description: Fleet Warehouse Clerk

This position is called a Fleet warehouse clerk. This is a position is for a company who pulls orders and delivers supplies and tools to different construction sites in the local bay area that are working with PG&E. This is a warehouse clerk position, this positions is very fast paced. You will be inside of a industrial warehouse that does have a small office in it. You will be keeping inventory of trucks that go in and out of warehouse. You will be operating a computer to communicate via email and keeping track of trucks and keys via excel. You will be conducting DVI's (Daily Vehicle Inspections) which is a check of of the trucks that come back into the warehouse. You could be assisting with decaling trucks and fleet vehicles as times but the job is mainly a desk job. It is physical work due to having to go into the yard to verify vins of vehicles, pick up or drop off keys or taking trucks to DMV to change over titles.

• 2-3 years of experience in an admin role or warehouse data entry role to be confident entering warehouse data.

• Proficient in MS Office Programs including Excel must be 8/10 minimum to be able to enter data for warehouse.

• Attention to detail/Organized to keep warehouse organized and all paper work filed.

•Experience with data dumping.

• Data input, Data output and Data validation to ensure warehouse runs smoothly and products are going to right location.

• Clean DMV is needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00
