Description
We are offering a contract for a proficient Fleet Administrator in the industry. Located in GLEN ALLEN, Virginia, this role involves overseeing and optimizing all aspects of fleet operations.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all aspects of fleet operations, including leased and owned assets in the US, Canada, and Trinidad.
• Participate in projects related to Fleet Policy, Corporate Fleet Management Company selections, and general fleet management guidelines.
• Administer fleet policy and Safety Bonus Incentive Program.
• Collaborate with leasing companies to select yearly vehicles for all Operating Companies.
• Streamline processes for vehicle transfers and replacements.
• Oversee leasing company’s fuel and maintenance programs to identify savings opportunities or potential issues.
• Review monthly fleet invoices for payment, and investigate any questionable charges.
• Coordinate the replacement schedules for vehicles, including specialty vehicles, considering mileage, residual value, and availability of new vehicles.
• Collaborate with Accident Management Company, Insurance companies, and legal department on accident-related issues.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to all emails and phone calls.
• Facilitate the incorporation of newly acquired companies’ vehicles into the existing fleet.
Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory.
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required.
• Applicants should have experience with Ceridian.
• Knowledge of Concur is a must.
• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is crucial.
• The candidate should be proficient in various Accounting Functions.
• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary.
• Applicants should have experience with Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Auditing skills are required.
• The candidate should be competent in Billing Functions.
