Fleet Admin Agent I (Scottsdale, AZ)

As a Fleet Agent Administrator at United Rentals, you will perform various operational duties and tasks involved in the management of outsourced vehicle fleet. You’ll be responsible for the administration of fleet policy and programs including processing invoices, credit memos and allocating charges to cost centers. You will also interact with corporate and sourcing departments, operations, leasing companies, upfitters, and fabricators.

Additional responsibilities include the following:

Work to build and maintain a standardized fleet with supplier and field to determine appropriate equipment/truck/trailer specifications and options

Work with suppliers on revised delivery dates and expedite equipment shipments and ensure on-time delivery

Attend supplier meetings as directed by management

Identify and documents cost savings opportunities, such as researching different deals on equipment to obtain better package pricing

Manage system to ensure data integrity within RentalMan and vendors

Processes vehicle change forms from Vehicle Fleet email box for location changes, driver changes

Prepare leasing invoices for approvals and payment

Administer vehicle title change processes

Assists field and region locations with order status, requisition tool, vehicle/trailer specifications, fuel cards, licensing, titling, registrations, vehicle disposal, policies and procedures and vehicle leases

Resolve issues between suppliers and field locations

Other duties assigned as needed

Job Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required

Minimum 6 months to 1 year work experience

Related work experience in the areas of purchasing, vehicles, titles or licensing preferred

Knowledge of construction industry a plus

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized, attention to detail

Ability to prioritize and multi-task
