Job Summary Under limited supervision, operate computers to input data into files and databases. May undertake more complex tasks where necessary. The expected pay rate is $24.00 - $27.00/HR. Foster a collaborative team environment within the shop, engaging other team members through the use of effective input and feedback. Prepare development goals in conjunction with supervisor/manager and work toward completion of these goals. Prepare measurable position goals and objectives to meet all position objectives, as well as company goals. Establish and maintain internal and external relationships and networks within the company. Business Keep office in an orderly and professional manner. Perform data entry for timely update of fleet management system and other business systems. Complete/process forms and documents to report shop activities. Perform orderly record keeping. Track, report and handle local petty cash funds, without error. Type letters, reports, memos and filing. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and express packages. Use Outlook calendar and e-mail for communication. Order and store breakroom supplies including coffee, soda and condiments for the shop. Order and maintain inventory of company and customer parts. Process invoices and accurately track spend. Order shop and office supplies, as needed. Pursue the company's business objectives. Pursue the priorities and urgency of the business activities for successful shop operations. Strategic Acquire and apply new and innovative approaches within the work group. Effectively translate ideas into actions within the work group and advance them within the company. Effectively contribute ideas and processes within the company to prepare for future changes, while maintaining current success and momentum. Advance change within the company, applying a disciplined approach to change; building commitment, and contributing to an environment where people take calculated risks. Your profile Excellent oral and written communication skills; outgoing personality. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook. Strong organization and administration skills. Strong-willed, professional, and friendly with a positive attitude. Proactive, planner with a bias toward action. General business knowledge required. Must be able to maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion. High School Diploma or GED. 1 - 2 years administrative office experience.
