Fleet Administrator -Jacksonville, Florida
The Fleet Administrator will maintainaccurate records of incoming and outgoing parts, invoices, and maintainaccurate fleet shop part inventories through digital invoicing process. You will coordinate third party service repairs for multiple locations and track/process all invoicing associated. You will create fleet work orders for PM’s and other repairs as needed in the Fleet System. Maintain and administer invoicing and vendor payments. Administration of asset and fleet parts/service account payments and tracking. Assist the Fleet Analyst with the Fuel card Management (EFS) system updating vehicles and mileage as needed.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, have accurate data entry skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with an understanding of inventory processes. The candidate will have excellent customer service skills and will interact with internal and external customers.
Position Responsibilities
Data entry for the fleet asset database- updating location, registration, expiration/ renewals, etc.Fleet Daily Invoicing – Create purchase requisitions and process invoices for all fleet accounts/vendors. Research lost or incorrect fleet invoices. Verify/monitor pricing on invoicesTrack payments/credits and identify/resolve issuesVendor Coordination for Fleet Services Assist the Fleet Analyst with managing Toll transponder account- data entry, researching/ paying toll violations.Assist with vehicle registrations and other reports/ projects as needed.Shift and Schedule:
Full-timeMonday- Friday8:00AM - finished Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is required Total Rewards Pay starting at $26.67 per hour.
