Essential Responsibilities:
Create and follow up on purchase orders (Pos), ensuring accurate processing and follow-up on vendor invoicing and internal billing
Record and maintain records of all fleet vehicles and equipment information including assignments, location, and related data
Administers the full life cycle of light, medium and heavy-duty vehicles and equipment from acquisition and distribution through to disposals
Contributes to preventative maintenance program by assisting with scheduling and tracking service requirements for fleet vehicles and equipment
Compiles and distribute reports to specific to project fleet needs
Assists Fleet Coordinator to perform reviews and reports on conformance/non-conformance of driver records including drivers’ abstracts, licenses, and application packages
Assists management, staff, and other business contacts with the coordination of meetings including scheduling, booking resources, and equipment rental coordination
Assist Fleet Coordinators in identifying gaps in vehicle, equipment, and driver reports received from Fleet and Equipment Manager
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or related role
Knowledge of MS Office and an aptitude for learning various computer systems
Solid organizational skills, with good attention to detail and accuracy
Capable of understanding and following written procedures accurately
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Work Conditions:
This position will allow for remote work with the required ability to travel to Ledcor offices / sites as needed
