Fleet Administrator - GPC Asia Pacific - Full Time

The Role


You will ensure that Fleet records/data is accurately kept for the GPC Asia Pacific network of stores, warehouses and offices which encompass 550+ locations in Australia and New Zealand. This role will involve working closely with operations teams in all our business units.

What You Will Be Doing:

Track and update custodian changes using fleet software across the GPC AP fleetFollowing up and closing out driver related infringements, including notification to the driver and providing driver information to the appropriate collection agencies and internal departmentsTrack and update tolls accounts / E-tags usageCollect and collate all necessary Fringe Benefits Tax declarations in relation to private useCo-ordinate and collate the annual FBT declarations and data for the Fringe Benefits tax returnCollect and review vehicle log books each year and maintain log book registerManage Motor insurance administration, reporting and queriesManage and review use of temporary vehicle hireAssist with service queries, repairs authorisations, disposals administration and registration / inspection issuesAssist with new vehicle quotes, orders and delivery schedulingAnswer phone / email queries from the networkAny other duties deemed necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the broader Fleet department

About You:

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentProblem solving skills with the ability to identify issuesThe ability to multi task, prioritise and the ability to work under limited supervisionExcellent knowledge of Microsoft office and web/email with an ability to learn new systems quicklyAbility to communicate effectively to the wider business networkKnowledge of mechanical repairs / Automotive industry would be an advantage
