The Fleet Analyst will ensure the timely availability of fleet models and orders, such that units are accurately in-fleeted and become rentable in as little time as possible while supporting multiple functions of the Fleet Ordering team and OEM partners.
Salary starting at $60,000/yr
What You’ll Do:
• Responsible for working reports daily to ensure collaboration with the OEM partners
• Build out model specifications as needed for new, preowned, and dealer stock fleet purchases.
• Complete analysis of vehicle specifications and colors as needed.
• Perform quality and assurance audits on all model builds to ensure models used for ordering are built with 100% accuracy and are pushed through to relevant systems including Fleet Ordering System, Asset Management System, accounting systems, and titling systems.
• Work with the Buy Team, Fleet Services Team, Titles Teams, and Accounting Teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of models and purchase orders.
• Work with Contract Management to ensure models match our contractual obligations.
• Responsible for printing and/or getting purchase order recap information to manufacturers, dealers, and brokers as needed.
• Analyze vehicle models to ensure correct capacities for the fuel tank, MSRP, and other relevant details are used
• Assists and coordinates with the Lifecycle Holding Cost Modeling team (Offers Team) with any necessary reporting and analytics such that orders match contractual agreements.
• Special projects as assigned by supervisor or manager
What We’re Looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience in leadership and organizational skills are required. Knowledge of rental or business fleets and/or the automotive industry is highly preferred.
• Automotive manufacturer processes
• Knowledge of Fleet Systems (Tandem FOS, CARRENT, DASH, VISION, EAM)
• Purchasing experience and or payables experience
• Expertise with Microsoft Excel & Tableau
• Detail Oriented, Accuracy, and Audit minded
• Organizational Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize multiple tasks with deadlines
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of company personnel and vendors
• Must be an independent worker with a strong work ethic, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team whose mission is to execute with accuracy around deadlines
• Must have the ability to meet critical deadlines, with a keen attention to detail
• Fluency in Excel functions to include but not limited to VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot tables
• Effective and professional written and verbal communications with all parties involved in the ordering process.
