Description We are actively seeking a Fleet Associate to join our team in the oil field services industry, located in Andrews, Texas. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity where you will be responsible for managing and coordinating fleet-related operations. Responsibilities: • Efficiently manage and update customer details using Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Carry out data entry tasks and ensure all customer information is accurate and up-to-date. • Correspond with customers via email, addressing their inquiries and concerns. • Be responsible for answering inbound calls, providing excellent customer service. • Maintain and monitor customer accounts, implementing appropriate actions when necessary. • Ensure you hold a valid Driver's License and can pass a drug and alcohol test. • No fleet experience is necessary, but proficiency in Microsoft is required. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills • High competency in data entry, able to accurately input and manage large volumes of information • Experience with email correspondence, capable of composing, sending, and responding to detail oriented emails • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, able to create spreadsheets, use formulas, and generate reports • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, able to manage email, calendar, contacts, and tasks • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, able to create, edit, and present engaging presentations • Competency in Microsoft Word, able to create, format, and edit documents.
